Refund Policy

We strive to provide high-quality sleep consulting services. Due to the personalized nature of our consultations, we do not offer refunds for completed sessions or digital materials.

 

 

Cancellation & Rescheduling

 

 

• Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments at least 48 hours in advance without penalty.

• Cancellations within 48 hours may result in a rescheduling fee or loss of the session, at the discretion of Sleep Wellness Consulting.

 

 

 

Digital Products

 

 

• Digital guides, resources, and materials are non-refundable.

 

 

Exceptions

 

 

• Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis for extraordinary circumstances at the discretion of Sleep Wellness Consulting.
